They are experiencing incompetence’s, delays in processing, Underwriting debacles and high interest rates. In my recent experience with B of A their lack of action has threatened escrows and nearly lost home purchases for my clients. I am not referring any of my clients to Bank of America until this company is fixed. There are many competent lenders available to finance and refinance your home.
